Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you have forgotten your Moodle password or seek to gain access (if informed you have a Moodle account with the clinical academy), please follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Go to the Clinical Academy Website and visit the login link: Log in to the site | LGT Clinical Academy

2. Engage the 'lost password?' button: Forgotten password | LGT Clinical Academy

3. You will be asked to search for your account by either:

   • Username, or

   • Email address.

Please choose only one and enter only in ONE box. DO NOT input your details in both boxes:

Example below: 

1. Moodle will send a password reset link to your registered email address.

2. Check your email inbox (and junk/spam folder if necessary).

3. Click the password reset link in the email.

4. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

5. Once completed, return to the Moodle login page and sign in with your new password.

Important Notes

• The password reset link will expire after a short period, so please use it promptly.

• If you do not receive the email within 10–15 minutes, check your spam folder.

• If you still experience difficulties such as not receiving an email, please contact the clinical academy stating that you have entered your NHS email without luck.
